Job brief

We are seeking for a Senior Maintenance Lead who will be The Number two on a long-term integrated maintenance contract covering a floating production asset, associated wellhead structures and an onshore facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance organization of approximately 70 personnel across offshore and onshore locations, while serving as deputy to the Project Manager.

• Oversee the maintenance programme across all assets, including preventive, corrective, condition-based, and shutdown maintenance activities.

• Manage the CMMS, with MAXIMO serving as the system of record, ensuring work order quality, backlog management, equipment criticality assessment, spare parts control, and equipment history integrity.

• Direct maintenance planning and scheduling activities, including annual shutdown execution and management of the planned maintenance hours budget.

• Ensure safety-critical element assurance and drive maintenance performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as the primary technical interface with the client, a national oil company, fostering effective stakeholder engagement and service delivery.

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Offshore Maintenance Superintendent and the Onshore Technical Support Team.

Requirements

• Minimum of fifteen years' experience in oil and gas maintenance, including at least five years leading a maintenance organisation, with experience focused on maintenance operations rather than project execution or commissioning activities.

• Proven FPSO or floating production experience, including mooring systems, hull operations, marine systems, and offloading activities. This is a mandatory requirement.

• Demonstrated ownership and management of a CMMS, with MAXIMO preferred; experience with SAP and AMOS PM will also be considered.

• Engineering degree required; Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional registration is advantageous.

• Valid BOSIET certification and offshore medical clearance.

• Experience working within the West Africa region.

• Strong experience in rotating equipment and gas compression systems is an added advantage.

• DNV Class experience.

• Brownfield life extension project experience.

• Contract mobilisation experience.
